CUCUMBER FLOWER WATER

The cucumber is a fruit that comes from the creeping and climbing annual plant of the cucumber Cucumis sativus-Sikyos the tame. It belongs to the cucurbitaceae family such as the melon, the watermelon, the pumpkin. The cucumber is grown outdoors in the summer months and in a greenhouse the rest time, due to sensitivity to low temperatures. High temperature and humidity favor its development.

Each plant bears both male and female flowers. The leaves are hairy and have up to five lobes. Its shape is elongated and cylindrical. It is green on the outside, and slightly green or white on the inside. It gathers vitamins such as: C, B1, B2 and vitamin A found in the peel.
